چکیده
Cílem této práce, jejíž hlavní autorkou je MUDr. Petra Hliňáková z Dětské stomatologické kliniky, bylo poskytnout vhodný matematický model pro analýzy temporomandibulárního kloubu. Detailní znalost morfologie a funkce tohoto skloubení je zásadní pro klinické užití a pro analýzu funkce náhrad TMK (temporomandibulární kloub). Pohyby temporomandibulárního kloubu jsou dokonale biomechanicky propracované a dodnes nejsou zcela jasné. Tento článek prezentuje analýzu TMK, zatíženého tažnými a kompresními silami. Získané výsledky, založené na dvou a třírozměrných matematických modelech, představují úvodní data pro další studie. Další informace o studii nám poskytla prof. MUDr. Taťjana Dostálová: Práce vznikla na podkladě projektu IGA MZČR, který optimálně propojuje práci klinickou Kloubní poradnu a Odd. maxilofaciální chirurgie Dětské stomatologické kliniky UK 2. LF a FN Motol, skupinu zabývající se prakticky rehabilitací TMK vedenou prof. MUDr. Leošem Navrátilem, CSc., s týmem pracujícím na matematických modelech TMK vedeným doc. Ing. Jiřím Nedomou, CSc., a doc. Ing. Josefem Daňkem, Ph.D., kteří aplikují výsledky při terapii poruch TMK do roviny teoreticko-poznávací. Tato spolupráce pomáhá analyzovat a vysvětlit procesy a změny v TMK. -mk-
